  • Customer: Any individual or entity that uses Bitprocure's services to source products, arrange logistics, and pay using cryptocurrency.

  • Cryptocurrency: Digital currencies such as Bitcoin and stablecoins (e.g., USDT, USDC) accepted as payment by Bitprocure.

  • Goods: Products or merchandise sourced from China for import through Bitprocure.

  • Supplier: The third-party manufacturers or vendors in China from whom the goods are sourced.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

4. Services Provided

Bitprocure offers the following services:

  • Product Sourcing: We assist customers in sourcing products from reputable suppliers in China.

  • Logistics and Shipping: Bitprocure manages logistics, including coordinating shipping and delivery of goods from China to the customer’s specified country.

  • Cryptocurrency Payments: We accept cryptocurrency, including Bitcoin and stablecoins, as a form of payment for the products and services offered.

5. Payment and Fees

  • Cryptocurrency Payments: Bitprocure only accepts payments in Bitcoin and stablecoins (e.g., USDT, USDC). Payments must be made to the cryptocurrency wallet addresses provided at checkout.

  • Transaction Fees: Transaction fees may apply when using our services, which will be clearly disclosed before payment.

  • Price Volatility: Cryptocurrency prices are subject to fluctuations. Once a payment is confirmed, no adjustments for cryptocurrency price changes will be made.

6. Product Sourcing and Supplier Relationships

  • Supplier Selection: Bitprocure works with vetted suppliers in China to source products on behalf of customers. While we strive to select reputable suppliers, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or compliance of the goods supplied. Customers should review product details carefully before placing orders.

  • Supplier Responsibility: The supplier is solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and compliance of the products they provide. Bitprocure is not responsible for any defects or non-compliance in the goods sourced.

7. Logistics and Shipping
Customs and Import Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country of residence. In some cases, Bitprocure’s quotes may include these import duties, which will be clearly stated at the time of quotation. If the quote does not include such duties, the customer is responsible for paying them separately. Bitprocure is not liable for any additional costs, delays, or issues caused by customs clearance unless explicitly covered in the quoted price.

Risk of Loss

Bitprocure bears the risk of loss or damage to the goods until they are handed over to the logistics partner for shipping overseas. Once the goods have been transferred to the logistics partner, the risk of loss, damage, or delays passes to the customer. Bitprocure is not responsible for any issues that arise after the goods have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Customers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance, which is available at an additional charge, to cover potential losses or damages during transit. Bitprocure highly recommends insurance for international shipments to protect against unforeseen risks.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refund Policy: Refunds may be requested in cases of non-delivery, damaged goods, or significant discrepancies between the order and the goods received. Bitprocure will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any refunds will be processed in the cryptocurrency originally used for payment, subject to conversion at the time of refund processing.

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before payment is finalized. Once payment has been confirmed, cancellations are not possible.

9. User Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when placing orders, including shipping addresses and payment details. Bitprocure will not be held liable for any issues arising from incorrect information.

  • Compliance with Laws: Customers are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to the import of goods into their country.
